Incorporated in 1946 as "T.E. Gaetani Investment Co." by the late Tony Gaetani, Sr., Gaetani Realty is one of the oldest family owned realty companies in San Francisco. Initially operated from his apartment on 7th Ave., his list of clientele grew rapidly which necessitated a more formal office on Jones St. In 1958 the business again moved as Tony Sr. bought 4444 Geary Blvd. in the Richmond District. The business has stayed here ever since.
1970 introduced a second generation as sons Tony Jr. and Charlie added a new dynamic to the company and changed the name to "Gaetani Realty and Construction". They worked hard establishing the company as the premier property management and development company in San Francisco.
In 1988 the company again restructured and changed its name to "Gaetani Realty, Inc." As president of Gaetani Realty, Charlie Gaetani decided to focus his efforts primarily on residential and commercial property management.
A fixture on Geary Blvd. for the last 50 years, Gaetani Realty continues to grow and expand its professional services. Now in its third generation of family ownership, Gaetani Realty truly has become a San Francisco institution.
